Lead Deployment Engineer - Public Sector - Federal

📋 Description

• Lead hands-on Celonis deployments for enterprise customers using AI-augmented workflows
• Direct AI deployment agents (Apollo) to build data models, KPIs, dashboards
• Translate customer needs into specs to deliver measurable impact
• Design and build Celonis solutions across Process Intelligence Graph and data transforms
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define scope and data needs
• Ensure data connectivity and extraction pipelines are properly configured

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in management or IT/solution consulting
• Celonis platform: data modeling, KPI definition, automation
• Proficiency in PQL, SQL, Python
• AI fluency: tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor
• ERP/domain knowledge; SAP/Oracle a plus
• English fluency; willingness to travel up to 50%
