Lead Design Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead codebase with design support in Figma; build and evolve shared components.
• Build interactive components; translate design specs into production-ready code.
• Partner with product designers to close the gap between Figma and shipped features.
• Review designer PRs touching UI surfaces and design-system contributions.
• Improve accessibility across the product and guide teams.
• Provide flexible, consistent components to unblock squads.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years building products with design and engineering in scope.
• Show your skill via portfolio, live projects, slide deck, or video walk-through.
• Experience building/maintaining a production-ready design system: tokens, APIs, docs.
• High-polish front-end skills including motion.
• Fluent in Figma; can create designer resources within it.
• Strong communication across media; ensure design system usage.
