🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years design experience across presentations, editorial design, and corporate comms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience creating executive materials such as board decks and investor communications.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (components/auto-layout) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop).
• Experience building and managing scalable design systems, templates, and frameworks.
• Strong visual storytelling for complex information and strategic narratives.
