Lead Development Technician

📋 Description

• Equip specialist diagnostic technicians with knowledge and resources
• Facilitate technical change management in the workshops by planning and deploying new technologies
• Develop service methods, tools, and technical resources such as theory of operations
• Contribute to advanced technical training curriculums
• Enable engineering testing and development with consultation and hands on support
• Execute prototype builds and exploratory vehicle modifications

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in an advanced automotive technician or automotive engineering role
• Mastery of automotive diagnostic strategies and tools covering mechanical, electrical, and
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work
• Analytical skills to identify developmental opportunities and communicate them effectively
• Experience servicing electric or hybrid vehicles (high voltage qualification preferred)
