🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in platform/DevOps at scale; driving infra changes.
• Strong Kubernetes expertise and large-scale container orchestration.
• IaC with Terraform and solid CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitoring/observability with Datadog, New Relic, ELK or Prometheus.
• Excellent communication; effective in async, remote work.
• Lead/mentoring experience; using AI tools to drive impact.
