Lead DevOps Engineer

📋 Description

• Resolve most complex DevOps tasks.
• Lead the team of Product Operations engineers.
• Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing service-management processes and develop a clear plan for
• Establish key operational performance indicators and create a clear plan to track, measure, and
• Provide immediate response for any alert.
• Liaise with SL1/SL3, 3rd parties and internal stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• 5+ years' experience as a DevOps engineer or SRE engineer, and 1+ years of leading/management
• Fluent verbal and writing communication skills in English
• Strong understanding of the ITIL framework and hands-on experience working with production
• Strong experience in Linux, Docker, configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet), CI/CD tools
• Experience writing infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform
