5-7+ years DevOps or Infra Eng with production cloud experience
Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Ansible, AWS or Azure
Mentoring engineers and developing people
Data persistence: NoSQL/SQL, key/value stores, messaging AMQP/MQTT
Observability tools: Prometheus, Mimir, Thanos, Grafana
Go/TypeScript/Python/Bash scripting; Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent
