Lead DevOps Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the DevOps and Platform roadmap for Elliptic's IDP
• Lead, review, and enhance Kubernetes/CNCF infrastructure
• Architect multi-cluster, multi-region environments (Istio/Linkerd)
• Build GitOps-driven delivery with Flux and Flagger
• Define Zero Trust with Vault, Boundary, mTLS and service identity
• Establish IaC and GitOps standards with automated tests

🎯 Requirements

• Lead or mentor engineering teams; set direction; hands-on
• Kubernetes knowledge: cluster lifecycle, Operators, Helm
• Multi-cluster, multi-region K8s platforms with Istio/Linkerd
• Terraform on AWS or GCP with modular design and GitOps
• GitOps pipelines with ArgoCD or FluxCD for multi-env releases
• Observability with DataDog/OpenTelemetry
