Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver

📋 Description

• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Coordinate services for the individuals served, including finance, medical, recreation, program
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties, including cleaning, organizing, maintaining a safe and
• Build relationships with persons served and teammates.

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Comfortable driving company vehicles to transport persons served
• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Experience with adults with mental health issues, disabilities or related experience
• Excitement for working with adults with disabilities
