Lead, Early Talent Recruiting Coordination

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop Early Talent Program Coordinators globally
• Own global coordination operations including intake, interview scheduling, candidate communication
• Partner with Recruiting and business stakeholders to translate hiring goals into operating plans
• Improve candidate and interviewer experience
• Lead programs, events, and enablement for Early Talent function

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience leading, coaching, or managing people
• Experience in recruiting coordination, university or Early Talent recruiting, candidate experience
• Strong operational judgment and experience improving processes
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work effectively across regions, cultures, and time zones
• Proactive, resourceful approach and ability to navigate ambiguity
