Collaborate with hardware, software, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
Oversee investigations and rapid troubleshooting of failures.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related discipline.
2+ years in design qualification, manufacturing, hardware reliability, or production.
1+ year in a leadership role leading 3+ engineers.
Preferred: Master’s degree.
Experience developing product qualification or reliability strategies.
Experience with environmental, mechanical, electrical, RF, and PCBA tests.
