📋 Description

• Advising People team on employment law across jurisdictions.
• Provide clear, business-focused legal advice.
• Develop scalable employment policies and procedures.
• Manage outside counsel globally.
• Stay current on global employment laws and propose updates.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. and active bar membership in US or EMEA qualification.
• 6+ years of post-qualification employment law in-house.
• Experience building onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Comfort in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
