• Lead comprehensive Process Hazards Analysis (PHA) for high-risk operations, prioritizing based on
• Oversee regulatory compliance audits and programs, ensuring full adherence to PSM, ATF, DoD, EPA
• Direct D3 operational support, assessing technologies for decontamination, disassembly, and
• Guide facility siting and design projects, navigating civilian and military regulations, and
• Spearhead incident investigations, leading root cause analysis, event reconstruction, and scenario

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering, Explosives
• 7+ years of progressive experience in explosives risk management, with proven leadership in PHA
• Deep expertise in standards (e.g., NFPA 495, NFPA 660) and tools like PHA-Pro or PHA Works.
• Demonstrated success in incident investigation and facility design projects involving energetic
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to influence
• Extensive experience in proprietary or high-security settings.
