🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services
• Expert-level PS&Ts offerings understanding and customization for complex environments
• Thought leadership and external industry presence
• Participate in hiring to attract top talent
• Databricks architecture, ecosystem, and strategic account planning expertise
• Willingness to travel up to 25-50%
