📋 Description

• Lead AI Ops Engineers: own delivery and day-to-day work
• Build production-grade automations and AI agents across M-KOPA
• Lead a brand-new AI Ops team and define its future
• Collaborate with Software Engineering to embed AI into products
• Prioritize requests across teams with a clear framework
• Design multi-agent systems and scalable automations

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience building production-grade automations and AI agents
• Hands-on multi-agent systems using LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, or Google ADK
• Experience with RAG pipelines for internal knowledge and workflow automation
• Background in enterprise tooling: rapid prototyping (Vercel/Railway) and Entra
• People leadership experience — led or mentored engineers and can own a team's delivery
• Product-focused mindset with ability to ship value to internal teams
