Hands-on experience building production-grade automations and AI agents
Experience building multi-agent systems with LangChain, LangGraph, MCP or similar
Experience with RAG pipelines
Background in enterprise tooling: rapid prototyping tools (Vercel/Railway), identity automation (Entra)
People leadership experience — led or mentored engineers
