Lead Engineer - AI Enablement

📋 Description

• Build, lead, and grow the AI Enablement crew; set direction and deliverables.
• Own internal AI tooling architecture: agents, frameworks, knowledge bases, integrations.
• Deliver AI solutions across functions from discovery to deployment and iteration.
• Drive AI software factory; codify standards into rules and agents.
• Establish security guardrails and responsible-AI practices for core systems.
• Stay hands-on; design, build, and ship critical platform components.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering, designing and operating production systems.
• Strong Python and/or Golang skills (other JVM languages considered).
• Security, access control, and data privacy in AI systems.
• Experience leading engineering projects as tech lead or manager.
• Hands-on shipping LLM-powered products or AI tooling to production.
• Integration-heavy background with SaaS and internal APIs.
