Lead Engineer, IT Applications

📋 Description

• Administer Jira Cloud projects, users, groups, roles, permissions, workflows, issue types, custom
• Develop and maintain JQL filters, dashboards, reports, automation rules, and Jira customizations
• Administer Confluence Cloud spaces, users, groups, permissions, templates, page layouts, and
• Provide L2/L3 technical support for Jira and Confluence, investigating configuration, access
• Develop and maintain integrations between Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and other enterprise
• Troubleshoot integration failures and coordinate with external vendors or platform support teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Jira and Confluence administration and development
• Strong hands-on expertise with Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud administration, configuration
• Practical experience with Jira REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication, and enterprise
• Strong knowledge of Jira automation and JQL, with experience using ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud
• Experience supporting Jira and Confluence Cloud migration initiatives, including migrations from
• Proven L2/L3 technical support experience with strong troubleshooting, analytical, and
