Lead Engineer, Member Growth

📋 Description

• Lead, grow, and coach a small team of engineers across Analytics and Member Growth while remaining
• Own technical strategy for Circle's analytics stack: data visualizations, ClickHouse
• Own Member Growth roadmap: onboarding, activation, and reducing member friction
• Partner with product, design, data, and leadership on data-informed growth roadmap
• Design and oversee A/B tests and experimentation to improve activation and retention
• Hire, mentor, and develop engineers; run performance processes

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience leading or managing engineering teams on large initiatives
• Product mindset with ability to shape requirements independently
• 7+ years shipping production software on complex web apps
• Experience with Ruby on Rails, MySQL/PostgreSQL, ReactJS, and TypeScript
• Strong track record in data/analytics infrastructure or growth engineering
• Exceptional English communication skills (CEFR C2 or equivalent)
