• Design and deliver .NET Core solutions within a microservices architecture, ensuring adherence to
• Implement best practices in coding, CI/CD, and DevOps while balancing delivery timelines with
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide actionable feedback, and drive innovation through
• Focus on improving developer productivity and coach junior team members to achieve their full
• Collaborate with product managers and architects to define technical roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex projects.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Strong technical expertise in C# and .NET Core, with experience building RESTful APIs and a deep
• Strong experience designing distributed systems using microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Familiarity with microservices and event-driven architecture using tools like RabbitMQ, Google
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s); cloud platforms (GCP / Azure / AWS)
