Lead Engineer - Space & High-Tech Industry (m/w/d)

📋 Description

• Lead the technical execution of development projects
• Translate customer requirements into practical technical solutions
• Support selection, optimisation, and development of existing product solutions
• Review and approve mechanical designs, engineering concepts, and 3D models
• Provide technical guidance through full project lifecycle
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Managers, Sales, and engineering specialists

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, Applied Physics, Aerospace Engineering or related
• 5–10 years of relevant engineering experience
• Experience providing technical leadership or guiding engineering teams
• Experience in high-tech manufacturing/engineering/product development
• Experience reviewing mechanical designs and engineering docs
• CAD software experience (CATIA or similar)
