• Own Workday Recruiting solution design across sourcing, candidate management, interview scheduling

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in HRIS, Talent Acquisition Technology, or enterprise systems roles.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience with deep expertise in Workday Recruiting.
• Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruiting process design, including sourcing, candidate
• Proven ability to analyze complex talent acquisition problems and translate them into scalable
• Strong understanding of recruiting processes, candidate data model structures, enterprise
