Lead ESN DSP / Caregiver

📋 Description

• Coordinate services to individuals served (finance, medical, recreation, program services, family
• Assist Program Director with policies/procedures, data collection/analysis, program supplies, staff
• Act as role model for other DSPs
• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance
• Ensure comfort, safety, and personal growth of individuals served
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties

🎯 Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable driving to transport persons served
• May require personal vehicle and auto liability insurance based on role
• 18 years or older
• Prior caregiving experience
• Experience working with behaviors
