📋 Description

  • Design, develop and enhance Pinterest’s executive compensation programs.
  • Provide technical expertise on exec compensation strategy, design and compliance.
  • Manage annual compensation reviews, new hire, and executive separations.
  • Maintain the Talent Development & Compensation Committee calendar with quarterly items.
  • Coordinate materials for quarterly meetings for the Talent Development & Compensation Committee.
  • In partnership with Legal and Accounting, prepare the Compensation Discussion & Analysis and proxy tables.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of global compensation in a publicly traded company.
  • Minimum 2 years administering executive and equity programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
  • Proven partnerships with HR, Finance, Accounting and Legal.
  • Ability to quickly build relationships, gain credibility, and collaborate.
  • Self-motivated with strong prioritization and multitasking.
