📋 Description

• Consistently meet and exceed individual monthly sales targets and commission accelerators
• Proactively engage walk-by traffic and educate customers on the Peloton portfolio to overcome
• Assist the Store Manager with total-store CRM management auditing leads to maximize the team's

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales experience, ideally in a premium or commission-based environment with a
• Proven ability to mentor peers, lead by example, and set the pace on a sales floor without formal
• Highly organized with experience managing a book of business and auditing leads within a CRM
