Consistently meet and exceed individual monthly sales targets and commission accelerators.
Engage walk-by traffic and educate customers on Peloton to close sales.
Assist Store Manager with total-store CRM auditing to maximize conversions.
Serve as floor lead, coaching Experts when the Store Manager is absent.
Facilitate hands-on product demonstrations to build confidence in Peloton.
Support daily operations: inventory, visual merchandising, and events.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years retail sales, preferably premium/commission-based with targets exceeded.
Proven ability to mentor peers and lead by example on a sales floor.
Highly organized, with experience managing a book of business and auditing CRM leads.
Passion for health and wellness.
