📋 Description

• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and accelerators.
• Proactively engage walk-by traffic; educate customers on Peloton and close sales.
• Assist the Store Manager with CRM auditing leads to maximize conversions.
• Act as the floor lead; coach Experts when the Store Manager is absent.
• Facilitate hands-on product demos that build confidence and loyalty.
• Contribute to daily ops: inventory, visual merchandising, event setup.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales in premium/commission env, exceeding targets.
• Mentor peers; lead by example; set pace on the sales floor without formal authority.
• Highly organized; experience managing a book of business; auditing leads in a CRM.
• Passion for health and wellness.
