📋 Description

• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and accelerators.
• Engage walk-by traffic, educate customers, and close sales.
• Assist Store Manager with CRM management and lead auditing.
• Act as floor lead, coaching Experts when the Store Manager is absent.
• Demonstrate Peloton products to build confidence and trust.
• Support daily operations: inventory, merchandising, and event setup.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales in premium or commission env.
• Proven ability to mentor peers, lead by example on a sales floor.
• Highly organized with CRM experience and lead auditing.
• Passion for health and wellness.
