📋 Description

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and commissions.
• Proactively engage walk-by traffic and educate customers to close sales.
• Assist Store Manager with CRM management; audit leads to maximize conversions.
• Act as floor lead; coach Experts when Store Manager is absent.
• Demonstrate Peloton products to build trust and long-term loyalty.
• Support daily operations: inventory, visual merchandising, and events.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales, ideally premium/commission-based with targets.
• Proven ability to mentor peers, lead by example, and drive sales.
• Highly organized; experienced managing a book of business and CRM leads.
