Lead Facilities Tech -Day

📋 Description

• Lead and perform maintenance of the facilities and grounds.
• Coordinate with service providers (janitorial, plumbing, vendors).
• Coordinate with Facilities Maintenance Supervisor on staffing, materials, resources.
• Lead facilities technicians in coordinating work requests and tasks.
• Ensure a neat, clean, and safe work environment for employees and guests.
• Must be available Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma with 6+ years facility maintenance experience including electrical, plumbing, HVAC and data, or equivalent.
• Ability to use standard powered and non-powered tools; ladder safety.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge.
• Knowledge of state general industry safety orders for facilities.
• Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication with staff, contractors, vendors.
• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated industry desired.
