Lead Facilities Tech - Swing

📋 Description

• Lead facilities technicians; coordinate maintenance and vendors.
• Coordinate staffing, materials, and resources for site maintenance.
• Perform and oversee preventive maintenance on facilities equipment and systems.
• Respond to service requests (plumbing/electrical); repair surfaces as needed.
• Ensure safety standards and QA compliance (QMS) across the team.
• Support moves and furniture reconfigurations; ensure timely completion of requests.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma with 6+ years facility maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, data).
• Ability to use standard tools; ladder; MS Office (Word/PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of state general industry safety orders for facilities.
• Excellent communication with employees, contractors, and suppliers.
• Medical device/pharma/biotech industry experience desired.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
