🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in technical roles, GovCon experience.
• Experience leading a small technical team.
• Strong client-facing/communication with federal customers.
• Hands-on with TS stack: Express, NestJS, React.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, AWS; DevOps.
• Production LLM features, prompt engineering, RAG.
• Understanding FedRAMP, GovCon compliance.
• Team leadership across US and global engineering.
