Lead Fertigation Technician

📋 Description

• Own irrigation and fertigation across cultivation zones.
• Ensure fertigation plans are implemented accurately with cultivation team.
• Oversee operation, monitoring, and maintenance of fertigation systems, batch tanks, and concentrate tanks.
• Validate pH/EC targets through runoff monitoring and checks.
• Inspect flower rooms daily for proper feeding and signs of stress.
• Troubleshoot system alarms and protect crop health.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year cannabis processing in a regulated facility.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with data logs.
• Follow SOPs and maintain accurate data logs.
• Experience with irrigation, nutrient systems, or cultivation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable attendance; weekend and variable shift coverage.
