📋 Description

Lead fiber optic infra projects in a Memphis data center
Mentor technicians and coordinate with Foreman/PM/Superintendent
Ensure safety, quality, and uptime in a hyperscale env
Drive complex fiber deployments and document designs
Troubleshoot and repair complex fiber systems
Maintain system records and performance metrics

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in data center fiber installation
Experience leading fiber technicians
High school diploma or equivalent
Fiber optics certification (FOA/BICSI) preferred
Fiber splicing and OTDR testing experience
Knowledge of structured cabling and hyperscale env
