Strong technical aptitude across hardware and software systems
Experience assembling, deploying, and troubleshooting robotics/electromechanical systems
Hands-on with edge devices, deployments, CLI tools, and field fixes
Ability to document clearly and explain tech to non-engineers
Experience leading or building field engineering teams
Willingness to travel for field tests and customer sites
