📋 Description

  • Plan and execute the B2C Field Marketing strategy.
  • Lead planning and delivery of proprietary and third‑party events.
  • Develop content and relationship initiatives to strengthen VTEX brand.
  • Support demand generation and new customer acquisition campaigns.
  • Build and manage relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage sponsorships, partnerships, and activations.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in Field Marketing, B2B or B2C Marketing, Events, and Communications.
  • Plan and deliver events (proprietary and third‑party).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Translate complex topics into simple, clear messages.
  • Create content for diverse audiences and channels.
  • Negotiate and manage sponsorships, partnerships, and external stakeholders.
