Lead, Finance Analytics & Enablement AI/ML

📋 Description

• Provide actionable insights to drive business decisions via finance and data analytics
• Own data warehouse strategy, governance, and finance ledger execution
• Build and lead a reporting Center of Excellence across finance and business units
• Create and own the Finance AI automation roadmap with FP&A, accounting, and data
• Establish data pipeline and AI model foundation
• Establish Finance as the single source of truth for financial and business performance and enable self-service analytics

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years experience in travel and/or SaaS
• Bachelor's Degree; Master’s preferred or equivalent
• Engineering background preferred
• Fluency in SQL, Python, GCP and Data Science; hands-on coding
• LLM systems, prompt design, and AI model evaluation frameworks
• Familiarity with Amplitude, Datadog, Looker
