Lead, Finance & Strategy (GTM)

📋 Description

• Own GTM financial strategy: forecasting, unit economics, budgets vs actual
• Advise GTM leadership with clear data-driven recommendations
• Build and maintain financial models, reporting, and forecasting frameworks
• Lead monthly/quarterly reviews; identify risks and opportunities
• Translate ambiguity into structure; provide POV and framework
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, CS, and CFO

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, or high-growth SaaS
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work through ambiguity and deliver structured analysis under time pressure
• Strong financial modeling skills; you build models from first principles
• Actively experiments with AI tools to simplify and scale work; scalable workflows
