Lead Financial Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead Finance and Data initiatives to improve financial data quality, governance, and reporting.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Data Engineering on scalable data solutions.
• Strengthen internal controls via robust data governance.
• Design, document, and evaluate SOX controls for financial data flows; support testing/remediation.
• Data Architecture & Transformation: design finance data models, pipelines, and integrations.
• Advise Finance, Accounting, and Tech leaders, translating needs into data and system requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Finance, Finance Transformation, or Business Analysis focused on financial data.
• Deep knowledge of data governance, including data quality, metadata, and stewardship.
• IFRS reporting experience and impact on financial data structures.
• Experience designing, operating, and testing SOX controls for financial systems.
• ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks).
• Ability to translate complex finance requirements into data models, business rules, and system specs.
