Lead, Financial Operations

📋 Description

• Own timely daily regulatory filings, monthly 1-FR-FCM, and NFA/CFTC reporting
• Lead and develop a team of Financial Operations Associates
• Maintain documentation and internal controls for audit readiness
• Act as primary liaison during regulatory examinations and audits
• Monitor liquidity, FX hedging, and margin adequacy; escalate issues
• Partner with Product, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and Accounting on initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3–5 years in financial operations, regulatory reporting, or accounting
• Working knowledge of NFA and CFTC segregation rules and FCM reporting
• Prior leadership or mentoring experience
• Strong analytical skills with attention to accuracy
• Ability to drive process improvements and automation
