📋 Description

• International Business: Own and grow our leasing & financing business across the UK, France and
• Leadership: Lead and develop our international Financial Services team, set priorities, and step in
• Sales Driver: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with local sales teams and Country Heads to embed Financial
• Active Market Presence: Visit each of your key markets at least once per quarter, plus on-demand
• Bank & Partner Relationships: Nurture and deepen our relationships with international leasing
• Process & Scale: Design the workflows and structures that let this business scale

🎯 Requirements

• Background: Several years of experience in vendor finance, leasing, or asset finance, with a good
• Leadership Experience: Have led a team before – whether a small unit or a growing function – and
• Commercial Track Record: Hands-on experience in a commercial, sales, or business development role.
• Market Network: Comfortable across international markets and adapt approach to different cultures
• Language Skills: Fluent, professional English is a must. French and/or Spanish are a strong plus
• Mobility: Happy to travel to markets at least once per quarter, and energised by e.g. a two-day
