📋 Description

• Move, locate, stack, and count materials across the distribution center using the full range of
• Load and unload trailers safely, keeping outbound on schedule and inbound organized
• Train new operators on equipment, safety protocols, and zone procedures
• Lead pre-shift safety huddles and assign operators to zones and tasks
• Complete pre-shift equipment inspections and make sure maintenance needs are flagged
• Spot and correct hazards, and report incidents and near misses to your supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• Certified and experienced on multiple lift types: Reach Truck, Cherry Picker, Stand-Up Forklift
• Able to train others on equipment and safety: you've onboarded or coached operators and can explain
• Safety is non-negotiable, and you hold others to it: you correct unsafe behavior in the moment
• Able to run a section of the floor during volume spikes: you prioritize, reassign tasks, and keep
• Comfortable as the link between operators and supervisors: you raise issues early and describe them
• Steady and dependable: your team counts on you to show up and set the pace
