📋 Description

• Set and enforce high quality bars for requirements, prototypes, and documentation across the pod
• Serve as the primary escalation point between the FDPM pod, Technical Account Managers
• Build and maintain a shared operational playbook (templates, workflow patterns, prompting
• Coordinate staffing and workload across active deployments
• Surface pod-wide progress, metrics, and operational blockers to product and delivery leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Strong balance of product mindset and hands-on execution
• Skilled at spotting recurring trends and translating them into scalable solutions
• Hands-on with modern AI tools, workflow design, prompting, and rapid prototyping
• Seamlessly shifts between high-level pod strategy and granular execution
• Excellent cross-functional communicator
• Experience as a Forward Deployed PM, Solutions Consultant, Implementation Lead, or Technical
