📋 Description

• Lead a pod of 4-5 Forward Deployed Product Managers across client implementations
• Set operating standards for requirements, prototypes, and workflow decisions
• Act as escalation point between FDPM pod, Technical Account Managers, implementation engineering
• Turn patterns across deployments into shared playbook and feedback to core product
• Drive functional leadership, cross-functional alignment, playbook creation, pod capacity

🎯 Requirements

• Strong product mindset with hands-on execution; leads by influence and expertise
• Systematic and pattern-oriented thinker with ability to generalize solutions
• Hands-on with modern AI tools, workflow design, prompting, and rapid prototyping
• Experience as Forward Deployed PM, Solutions Consultant, Implementation Lead, or Technical Services
• Capable of shifting between pod strategy and granular execution
• Builds practical structure and standards, drives peer adoption
