Lead FP&A

📋 Description

• Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles, coordinating inputs and validating
• Maintain and enhance financial models, including scenario planning, trend analysis, and business
• Conduct variance analysis, identify key financial and operational drivers, and communicate findings
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership.
• Monitor cash flow performance and support project-level cash conversion analysis.
• Analyze indirect cost rate variances and contribute to assessments of their financial and business

🎯 Requirements

• Recognized professional qualification such as CA, CWA, ACCA, or CIMA, with at least 10 years of
• Strong accounting knowledge and experience providing comprehensive finance support, including
• Experience in project accounting within multinational engineering and construction companies is
• Hands-on experience with financial planning and reporting tools such as Costpoint, COBRA, EPM/FCCS
• Basic understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), or
• Ability to work with large datasets, perform detailed financial analysis, and automate reporting
