Lead FP&A Analyst

📋 Description

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes for assigned GTM functions.
• Lead budget-versus-actuals analysis, identify key drivers, and communicate actionable
• Build and maintain financial models covering headcount, operating expenses, and other GTM
• Partner with functional leaders to develop annual plans, quarterly outlooks, and scenario analyses.
• Develop deep understanding of GTM operating metrics including pipeline, retention, churn, and sales
• Prepare recurring reporting and executive-ready materials for leadership reviews and board requests.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in FP&A, finance, investment banking, consulting, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, scenario modeling, and executive
• Ability to connect financial results to operational drivers and explain complex analysis clearly.
• Experience partnering with senior business leaders and challenging assumptions when appropriate.
• Comfort working with large, imperfect datasets and reconciling information across multiple systems.
