📋 Description

• Accountable for owning the Franchisee relationship, achieving results, and driving/leading change
• Achieve portfolio objectives in the areas of new unit store growth, sales, and profitability by
• Partner with Franchisees to develop plans, using insights, data, analytics, knowledge, and past
• Partner with appropriate cross-functional COE and services and support teams such as Marketing
• Deliver complex and/or difficult messages to franchisees.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• With a minimum of 5years of proven experience in a multi-unit operations or consulting, QSR and/or
• Experience in a multi-unit environment, knowledge of retail or restaurant industry operations and
• Strong verbal and written communications skills, including public speaking, with an ability to
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements, strong analytical skills.
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects and requests simultaneously, within
