📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, onboard, and support the professional development of the front-end engineering team

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• Proven experience providing technical leadership, mentorship, or engineering guidance.
• Advanced expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern component-based architecture.
• Hands-on experience using AI development tools, such as Claude Code or similar coding assistants.
• Strong ownership, project-management capabilities, and ability to connect technical decisions with
