• Technical direction for the team's applications and the shared UI platform.
• Delivery to production. Our apps ship to ten production pods through CloudFront and Lambda@Edge
• The team's application template, which every new app in the organisation starts from.
• Code review standards, technical debt, and the quality bar.
• The team's scrum process.
• Representing frontend in architecture discussions with backend, platform and product leads.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading a small distributed frontend team, including growing engineers. Not only
• Strong React. We are finishing a large migration from Angular, so you have seen legacy and
• You have owned frontend delivery to production, not just components: builds, caching, CDN
• AI-assisted development as daily practice. The team already works this way, with agentic tooling on
• Comfortable running scrum for your team.
• English B1 or above. The team works in Russian, product and stakeholders in English.
