📋 Description

• Be responsible for Anthropic’s defensive cybersecurity vision
• Hire and lead a world-class AGI cybersecurity research team
• Design an AGI cybersecurity program to secure the world
• Lead frontier-lab-scale cybersecurity research with speed and quality
• Collaborate with Training, Safeguards, and Policy teams
• Identify field partners for joint projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
• Field of study relevant to the role
• Leadership of research teams and programs
• Strong defensive cybersecurity background
• Ability to translate findings for policymakers/public
• Willingness to travel (e.g., Washington DC)
